I am a concerned citizen and was awaiting the first cancer survey to do my part in understanding the cancer cluster on Ramble Lane.

When I read recently that the response was very poor I felt the need to explain. On the original survey there was no option to return the survey if you had not been affected by cancer. Having spoken to several other residents, I discovered that we all did the same thing- we did not respond. I hope that the new survey is worded better and that there is an option to return the survey even if you are lucky and have not suffered any cases of cancer in your home.
