The girls JV basketball team won their game against Friends Academy, but lost an extremely hard fought game to Manhasset. Combined scorers included Lisa Smith with 12, Mary O'Brien with 11, Michelle McGowan with 5, Ashley Tonno with 6, JoAnn O'Brien with 3, April Orthner with 9, Danielle Cama with 2 and Erin Ludewig with 6. Four three pointers were scored by Megan Voss. The Lady Bulldogs record is now 7-1. Keep up the good work girls!

The eighth grade girls volleyball team won their third match in a row with a two games to one victory over Bethpage. Chelsea Marciano served for 6 points and Jessica Marciano served for 4 points to lead the way in the first game. In the second game, Mary Chapman served 5 points and Kim Kapica had an excellent all around game serving for 7 points and providing great play at the net. Candace Grosser, Tasha Weinmann and Erin Dodge also contributed strong play throughout the match.

The girls seventh grade volleyball team played a tough game against Berner. Great serves were made by Roula Berdebes with 5. Lisa Provenzano and Danielle Baglivo with 4 each. Keri Spiess with 3 and Gina Marchia and Stephy Farag with 2 each. Good retrieves made by Nikki Pena, Kate Schamberger, Michelle Llorente, Angela Barea and Laura Zunno. Great effort made by all.

The girls seventh grade volleyball team also played a hard game against Hicksville. Roula Berdebes made great serves with 5 points, Stephy Farag and Mary Seremeta with 3 points each. Ronina Chacon, Danielle Baglivo, Lisa Provenzano and Kate Schanberger made great retrieves. Good game played by all.
