The girls varsity soccer team won their second straight game defeating third place Hewlett 3-0 on goals by Trish DelMonaco, Melissa Santor and Cathy Sbarra. Elaina Koutsoftas recorded her second shutout with 11 saves. On Tuesday, the Lady Bulldogs defeated Plainedge 1-0 on Kelly Huldie's goal. The defense of Vanessa Militano, Karen Fitzpatrick, Caryn Kraus and Michelle DiFede was once again up to the task, denying any formidable attack.
