Many people in the community of Levittown now know that the owners of what was once Uncle Sam's and Spit are now awaiting sentencing. Anthony and Michael Paccione have helped many people in the past with charitable events, fundraisers, jobs, physically challenged children, school functions, sports, etc.

If they have touched your life at some point (you know who you are) reach out and let Judge Jacob Mishler know by writing a short letter on their behalf. This letter can make a major difference when the judge sentences them.

Anyone wishing to write a letter, which in turn will be forwarded to Judge Jacob Mishler, can fax it to Steve Zissou at (718) 281-0850; or address it to Steve Zissou, Attorney at Law, 42-40 Bell Blvd., Suite 302, Bayside, NY 11361. All letters must be received by September 20, 1998.

(Editor's Note: The Pacciones have been convicted of conspiracy to commit arson, arson, and several counts of mail fraud. They have also been indicted in connection to two separate robberies.)
