Joe Laudiso was the offensive star for Division with two bullet line drive hits and scoring the game's only run. Steve Oliver was the hidden star of the game, calling a beautiful game.

Last Wednesday, Division hosted North Shore in round three of the county tournament. Junior Ryan Darcy recorded a shutout as Division won 3-0. Darcy scattered three hits, walked one, and recorded 10 strikeouts.

Division drew first blood in the first inning as Steve Oliver singled home Jason Schneider. Freshman Steve Juliano then singled home Oliver. In the sixth inning Bob Passabile hit his second double of the game to knock in freshman third baseman P.J. Antoniato.

Last Thursday Division was rematched against Clarke High School and was soundly defeated by a score of 10-1.
