The MacArthur wrestling team has had another outstanding Dual Meet Season. In Conference II Wrestling the Generals have finished in a three way tie for first place. MacArthur, Mepham, and Long Beach all finished with a five win- one loss record. The scenario is that MacArthur beat Long Beach, Long Beach beat Mepham, and Mepham beat MacArthur. The county will try to break the tie by using some form of criteria.

In the Nassau County Dual Meet Championship, which consists of every team in Nassau County, the Generals advanced to the final round which consists of Nassau County's eight best teams. In the Big Eight round the Generals lost to Bethpage by a close margin. The Generals Junior Varsity Wrestling team finished undefeated in Nassau County Wrestling.
