Young Children: Priority One addresses the needs of children prenatal through age 5. Every club is urged to support Young Children: Priority One by:

1. Expanding its current projects to help young children.

2. Creating a partnership project for young children that involves Kiwanis clubs and organizations that serve young children.

3. Supporting the Worldwide Service Project by learning about Iodine Deficiency Disorders and financially contributing to the efforts to eliminate this problem from the world.

To this end, our club will be fingerprinting and photographing young children, for identification purposes, at the L.E.A.D. Week Fair. L.E.A.D. stands for Levittown Educators Against Drugs. Every year the Kiwanis Club gives monetary support to this important cause. Look for the Kiwanis table at the fair at Levittown Memorial on Sunday, March 8, at 10 a.m.

If you are interested in the runs, come early.

Fun Run 9 a.m.

5 K Run 9:45 a.m.
