Children Learn to Set and Achieve Goals at Young Age

The foundation for character building and success starts at home.  The schools and role models that impact your child’s life assist in reinforcing the aspirations that you have for your child’s development and future. This article is about children who have achieved goal at the young age of 4 and a half years.

They are in Karatatot® which is a unique program offered by Charles Water Karate & Fitness, located at 122 Hillside Avenue in Williston Park. Karatatot® is a combination of exercise and karate in a format specifically designed for children ages 4 and a half and up.

In a fun filled and nurturing setting children learn concentration, discipline, respect, as well as an understanding of self defense at his or her own level.

The results are improved strength, coordination, and flexibility and the self-confidence and that we all want for our children.  These children are learning child safety and stranger training. They are becoming better students at school and better listeners at home.

We believe the time between the ages of 4 and a half and 6 are the most important years of a child’s development.

Our programs will enhance positive development in a fun and motivating way.
