I would like to express my support of candidates Richard Buckley and Peter Grisafi for re-election to the Herricks School Board on May 19, as well as my support of the proposed budget for the upcoming year. The Herricks School Board has put together an excellent budget with one of the lowest increases in recent memory and has done so without cutting so many of the fine programs our schools have been known for. Our students continue to excel and win awards in music, sports, theater and scholastics. Our reputation as a school district continues to grow. I urge all of the residents of our District to continue to support the work of Board members Richard Buckley and Peter Grisafi by casting a vote in favor of both candidates and in favor of the budget on May 19.
