The U16 boys Garden City Park Vipers soccer team recently traveled to Mount Vernon, NY to compete in the EIS Premier College Showcase. Competing against some of the best teams from Westchester County the boys went undefeated and took home the trophy. Multiple goal games by Damian Murray, Alex Reminick and Anthony Ippolito led the unstoppable offensive attack. Defensively goalie James Rehab and solid defensive play from Eric Cline and Michael Iacono stonewalled the opposition. The Vipers added another Championship to their list of accomplishments this year which includes the Division One LIJSL Championship, Covanta Cup Championship, and now the EIS Premier College Showcase Championship. The Vipers also had a strong second place finish in the Maps Winter College Showcase as they continue to roll along and mount up the victories.

U16 GCP Vipers are looking to add players to their roster. The Vipers play in high level tournaments and also compete in front of college head coaches from around the nation in College Soccer Showcases. If you are interested in playing with a great bunch of young men and coaches, the Vipers have continuous open tryouts and available roster spots.
