Every year the members of the Happicaps, an outreach program of challenged adults, come together to perform an outstanding Christmas show. It takes long hours of rehearsal at St. Aidan's in Williston Park.

The group, a part of St. Aidan's Outreach program run by Carol Fazzolare, Claire Boyton and Priscilla Szachacz, along with Karen Murtagh, meets once a week for most of the year, with a short hiatus in the summer.
At their once-a-week get together the group has a chance to socialize with their peers. Some come from their homes, but as time goes by many are brought by their caregivers from group homes.
Invited guests are on hand to participate between scene changes including this year Annette Troiano, Robert Valli, John Hayes, Warren Schein, Rosemarie Ferrara, Shirley Clarke and St. Aidan's own pastor, Robert Hayden, who sang a beautiful rendition of White Christmas. This year the multi-talented musical genius Frank Sanchez joined the group and helped out Elena Scollo on the piano, belting out some awesome tunes.
As in the past the last number performed by the group was that of a Nativity scene, followed by the singing of Silent Night, which is always very moving.
The ensemble troupe of Happicaps includes: Karen Babyak, Tommy Grady, Amy Campanali, Marie Caruso, Ann Maria Creta, Erica Mueller, Eddie Judge, Lawrence McAllister, Donna Muller, Brian Russo, Meredith Shear, Peggy Sullivan and John Schroter.
The group dedicated their performance to Amy Campanali, who was unable to be in the performance this year due to a broken leg.
