Fall Back - On Oct. 29 Change Your Clocks
This year, Daylight Savings Time will end at 2 a.m. on Oct. 29. The Firemen's Association of the State of New York (FASNY) urges residents to take advantage of this twice-yearly event to replace the batteries in all smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors throughout their homes, and to test those detectors to ensure that they are functioning properly.
