The Yankees & Mets squared off in the first of 2 games this season. Game 1 of the Subway Series lived up to it's billing! The Yankees continued their great hitting with Ryan Savell, Nicholas Dimaria, Luke Hoffman & Matthew Notine all extending their hitting streaks! Kevin Cook, James Treadwell, Francesco Maropakis & Cameron Pon all had hits as well. Eric Gonzalez played well in the field and had 3 hits. He also took one in the Head for the Team!
