Registration for the Notre Dame CYO Swim Team will be held on Nov. 4 and 11 from 7:30 to 9 a.m. at the Tully Park Indoor Pool on Evergreen Avenue (in the cafeteria). All forms need to be in by Nov. 11. No forms or registration will be accepted after this date.

The season will run from Nov. 18 through early April. Practices are held on Friday and Sunday evenings and meets will usually be on the weekends.

To be eligible to join you must need one of the following requirements.

1. Be registered parishioner of Notre Dame Church.

2. Live geographically in the Notre Dame parish boundaries.

3. Attend Notre Dame School.

4. Live in an adjoining parish with no swim program (ex: Holy Spirit).

Please bring four checks to registration for registration fee, pool fee, swimsuit (mandatory), team sweats (optional). Team suits will be available for sizing on Nov. 4 and Nov. 11.
