The turning point came when Jaclyn Liebowitz came in to pitch out of a jam with bases loaded and nobody out and she struck out the side. We tied it up in the bottom of the 5th then got the go ahead run in the 6th when Charlotte Freed got on base with a walk and Dolores Yovino drove her home. We also had solid hitting by Christina Burkey (2 for 4), Katie Hundertmark (3 for 3), Christina Stone (2 for 4), Ilana Dadras (1for 3). Laura Landau (2 for 2). and Trisha Lasoponaro (1 for 2). Christina Burkey did a good job in her debut on the mound. We had great catches in the field and great base running by Mairead Senk and Trisha Lasopanaro. Julie, hurry up and get that ankle better so you can play. We miss you!

Alexis Valvis and Melissa Murphy had two great singles in the 2nd, Jaclyn Triptree had a single in the 3rd with 2 RBI, and Christina Falco had a single in the 3rd. Justine Lopez hit a home run to bring in 3 runs to end the inning. Everyone was up at bat, and everyone got on base. Great offense with the help of Alexandra Doreste, Chelsea Mayorga, Genevieve Montreuil, Nicole Puma, Kara Innella and Vicky Valvis. Lesson learned, how quickly things can change! Good Game NHP!
