  • News: Kaajal Ahuja Captures First Place in Story-Telling Contest

    At the last New Hyde Park/Garden City Park School Board meeting at the Hillside Grade School, audience members were treated to a delightful story-telling surprise. First grader Kaajal Ahuja went up on the stage and recited, from memory, her first place poem telling the story of The Spider and The Fly. She did so with such poise and confidence. She was so charming and totally captivating and it was very easy to see why she captured the first place prize. FULL STORY

  • Sports: Wildcats Roundup

    The Wildcats Boys U8 team won their second tournament in a row, bringing home the first place prize in the East Meadow Indoor Tournament. Coached by Bill Stevens and assisted by Anthony Cacchioli, the U8 boys were victorious in all five games they played. Congratulations to all the players - Yovan Kumar, Tyler Carrick, Bryan O'Neill, Andrew Blumenson, Billy Stevens, Chris Ferlazzo, Kenny Joseph, Cian Fitzgerald, and Steven Cacchioli - Great tournament Wildcats!!
