Inspector Lorraine A. Hannon, a 20-year veteran of the Nassau County Police Department, has been tapped to be the Commanding Officer of the 3rd Precinct, one of the largest precincts in Nassau that includes, among others, the areas of New Hyde Park, Williston Park, East Williston , Mineola and Westbury.
