When custodian Robert Gibbons arrived at Memorial High School last week at his customary 6:30 a.m. hour to check on the boilers, he immediately detected the smell of smoke. Prior to even trying to discover where the smoke was coming from, he pulled the fire alarm in the school. Gibbons then discovered that the smoke was coming from Art Chairperson Sandy Carrion's art room, directly opposite the main office on the main floor. FULL STORY
