The Lady Gladiators continued their winning streak to 15-0 by defeating Garden City by a score of 51-33. Annie Verdino led all scorers with 16 points and 18 rebounds. Lisa Karcic (15 points) and Melissa Flaherty (5 points) were a dynamic duo on defense each getting five steals and offensively distributing the ball unselfishly to their open teammates. Claire Casaccio scored four points and did a great job on the defensive boards. Nicole Lippolis scored eight points and Marvasia Bolden (3 points) did a nice job off the bench.

The girls JV Basketball also did a great job by beating Garden City on their home court. These girls are also a special team to watch. Coach McKeough and Coach Duffy are very excited about NHP basketball right now and see a bright future ahead.
