On Aug. 5 at noon, the Town of North Hempstead will present a free golf show featuring Dennis Walters. He beats his handicap every time he plays because Dennis Walters is the only person paralyzed below the waist who earns a living as a professional golfer. He performs his show in association with the Professional Golfers' Association of America the only golf performer to enjoy this distinction.

Dennis Walters' show is one hour that's packed full of entertainment. The show is a program not only of golf lessons but also lessons in life. It is a unique hour that is seasoned with homespun humor and audience participation. Juniors and seniors derive a special benefit from Walters' show. Juniors can learn to overcome any obstacle with a little ingenuity and a lot of hard work and seniors realize that minor aches and pains don't have to slow down their game.
