Boys Basketball
History was made Friday night, Feb. 2 when the Boys Varsity Basketball team played Seaford. It was the first big game on a Friday night in many years. Even though our guys lost, the game was one to be remembered. Many players stood out and played great. Even with some tough calls from the refs, the boys held their heads high and pushed on. The boys were shooting like pros, hitting 15 three-pointers. Jose Ferierra had nine points; Rob Tresolini had 16 points. Will Fellini scored 15 points, Matt Farina scored 14 points and Jose Gonzales scored nine points. Even with all these great shots, the boys fell short and lost by a score of 67-81. It was a tough loss for the guys, but I am sure they will put it behind them and play great vs. Garden City on Monday, Feb. 5. Good luck guys and keep up the great work!
