James G. McGrath, formerly of Williston Park, died on Oct. 1, 2000. He was ex-chief of the Williston Park Fire Dept. and a member of Williston Park American Legion Post #144 and the Shelter Rock Rifle and Pistol Club. She was a member of the Rosary Altar Society, Catholic Daughters and a Parish Outreach driver coordinator at St. Aidan's Church, a member of the Williston Park Senior Citizens and a volunteer at St. Francis Hospital. Wife of the late Frank. Mother of Debra Conway, Richard Gerard and Ronald Baumbach. Mother-in-law of Ed, Diane, Elaine and Christine. Grandmother of Douglas, Elisa, Jason, Matt, Dan, Jim, Kevin, Ryan, Kaitlin, Eddie and Tiffany. Great-grandmother of Gabriel and Meg. Arrangements were made by the Weigand Bros.
