The intent of Herricks School Board at the bond meeting was to have the residents circulate to various tables in the high school cafeteria and ask specific questions to the various people gathered to answer them regarding the bond referendum issue.

On a picture perfect Saturday, the New Hyde Park Little League held its 41st Annual Parade to herald the baseball and softball season in New Hyde Park.

New Hyde Park's varsity boys lacrosse team beat Seaford with a score of 9-3. Sean Quinlan, Paul Humel, John Parisi and Matt Musci were all outstanding players scoring two goals each. Steven Zeppieri played an outstanding game playing goalie having 23 saves. Coach Reh says that the boys played a very good game. New Hyde Park opened up the league season away on Saturday, April 1, vs. Great Neck South. Another upcoming game that the boys have is Bellmore JFK on April 14. Good luck and come support the team.

New Hyde Park Wildcats Soccer Roundup
The defense in the junior game was in high gear. Exceptional goaltending by Kevin Ziet earned him and the entire white team the shutout. He made it look like he's been playing the position for years, while the truth is it's only his second game with us! Michael Antonoff and Andrew Abberton accounted for the two goals by the white team. The red team had two standouts of their own. Holly Ziet and Dylan Dowdell carried much of the offense with some pretty nifty moves and strong shots on goal.
