According to New Hyde Park Village Mayor Warren Tackenberg, the village has received a notice from the Supreme Court of the State of New York that the case to dissolve the Village of New Hyde Park, has been dismissed. FULL STORY

The New Hyde Park Stationary Cubs won a tough game with the Expos by the score of 4-0. The hitting stars were Max Devane, Frank Sarro, Jason and Matthew Westfal. Chris Pisciotta completed a triple play by catching a fly ball, stepping on first, and then firing to Billy Campbell at second. The Cubs executed all aspects of the game and gave a great effort.
