At the last meeting of the Parks Civic Association, a member of the Lockheed Task Force, appointed by the Town of North Hempstead, James McHugh, of New Hyde Park, reported that there had been a walk-through of the Lockheed property requested by the Village of Lake Success for elected officials of the village and the town. According to Town of North Hempstead representative, Ellen Markowski, another walk-through is being requested, by the town, for the members of the Task Force from New Hyde Park. FULL STORY
