Even through we just entered the New Year, it's time to prepare for our 1999 program. The early registration in November went very well. We have limited openings in all divisions and I must stress that after the January dates registration will be closed.

New Hyde Park Little League is proud to announce the continuation of Girl's Softball. Last year's program was an overwhelming success. Please let your friends know about this program.

The mission of the New Hyde Park Little League program is to provide healthful baseball activities and training under the supervision of good leadership, in an atmosphere of wholesome community participation.

New Hyde Park Little League is dedicated to helping children become good citizens through sportsmanship. It strives to inspire them with a goal and to enrich their lives toward the day when they must take their place in the world. It establishes for them the rudiments of teamwork's fair play.

This year's registration dates to guarantee a place in our program are:

Jan. 9 - 10 a.m. to noon

Jan. 13 - 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Jan. 16 - 10 a.m. to noon

Jan. 21 - 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Registration will take place at the New Hyde Park Village Hall, 1420 Jericho Turnpike, on the second floor. Please use the front door when entering.

Registation Fees Boys and Girls

Clinic - $30 - Ages 5 to 6

Farms - $50 - Ages 7 to 8

Minors - $60 - Ages 9 to 10

Majors - $60 - Ages 11 to 12

Juniors - $100 - Ages 13 to 14

Seniors - $100 - Ages 15 to 16

Birth date based on age as of 7/31/99

**Juniors and Seniors will plan an extended season

For families with more than one registrant, pay the highest fee first, then an additional $25 for every other child.
