    At a recent meeting of the Water Authority of Western Nassau County (WAWNC), formerly the Jamaica Water Supply Company, the board announced its decision to make the water authority's paid attorney an officer.     In perhaps the most exciting game between high school football teams this year, the New Hyde Park Gladiators fell to the Garden City Trojans on the last play of the game.
