The C.W. Post Women’s Lacrosse Team and Head Coach Meghan McNamara will conduct their first Youth Clinic on Sunday, March 14 (rain or shine) on the C.W. Post Campus in Brookville for all players from first to eighth grade.
The clinic will be run from 9 a.m. to noon with check-in starting at 8:45 a.m. at the Pratt Center. All lacrosse skills will be covered including stick-work, groundballs, shooting and draws.
There will be live scrimmage time with game situations. Detailed information can be found online on the Women’s Lacrosse Team page at www.cwpostpioneers.com.
“This clinic is a wonderful opportunity to be taught the fundamentals by some of the best players in the country” stated McNamara. “We will cover all the aspects that make up the game of lacrosse.”
