I see people walking around talking into their cell phone or texting. Kids cross the streets without looking at traffic. Also, I see people talking on their cell phones while driving. This is very dangerous. Driving a car needs all one’s attention. The government should do more to punish violators. Being free does not mean being a fool. Personally, I only use the cell phone to make emergency phone calls. I never text anybody.
Of course, I am extremely addicted to Facebook. I love seeing pictures of my friends and family and all the fantastic videos. But real life is good, too, like taking a long walk, swimming, cooking a new food, playing with the dogs, planting flowers, and shopping at the mall. Then, there are the elderly and they say that they are too old to learn the computer. Well, one is never too old to learn anything. The computer is very easy to learn. Just a touch of a button and you are in a wonderful place called the Internet. There is so much to find. You can buy handmade things on Ebay at very low prices. You can buy anything on Amazon.com. If you are going on a trip, you can find all the information on the Web. The Internet is truly amazing, but it is not a replacement for real life. I also enjoy going to the mall, playing with my dogs, cooking a new food, going to the beach and pools, playing card with my friends. Life is good.
