The weather looked great when they started out, but there was a cold wind and many of them were hindered by tears in their eyes from the wind. There were only three rounds under net par and two more at even par. That's with 40 men. There were only 27 pars with Bob Ross getting four of them. There was also one birdie by Dave Malle on the par 3, 150 yard, 3rd hole.

Last tournament Peter Kerr did not get a par on the par 3, 228 yard, 8th hole, it was a birdie. Sorry Peter.

Competition on the nine hole course is divided into two divisions. Flight A is for players with a handicap of 13 or less. Flight B is for players with a handicap of 14 or more. The league is a 100 percent handicap league. Any man who is 55 years of age is eligible.
