The Homicide Squad reports the details of a fatal stabbing that occurred in Hicksville on Tuesday, Feb. 17 at approximately 5:28 a.m.

According to detectives, a 30-year-old male customer entered the BP Gas Station at 199 Broadway and called 911 after he discovered a male employee on the floor suffering from multiple stab wounds. Second Precinct Police Officers responded and found that the victim, 50-year-old Dharam Paul of Valley Stream, had succumbed to his injuries. A Nassau County Police Advanced Medical Technician pronounced him dead at the scene at 5:55 a.m.
