Speed Monitoring Devices Located Near HMS
With the opening of school last week, New York State Assemblyman Rob Walker, along with Pam LaMonda-Jaffie, immediate past president of the Hicksville Middle School Parent- Teacher- Student Association (PTSA) unveiled the installation of two speed monitoring devices on Jerusalem Avenue in front of the middle school.

The weather started out to be perfect. Then it started to get hot and muggy. Still a good day to play golf. The scores could have been a little better. We had 44 men play today and we only had 37 pars and Dave Malle got six of them.

Hicksville PAL to Hold Registration
The Hicksville Unit of the Nassau County Police Activity League (PAL) will hold registration Monday, Sept. 15 and Wednesday, Sept. 17 from 7 to 9 p.m. and Saturday, Sept. 20 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
