Central Nassau Guidance and Counseling Services will host its 16th Annual 5K Runday event on Saturday, May 24. The annual 3.1 mile U.S.A. Track and Field sanctioned run begins at 9 a.m. in front of Central Nassau's 950 South Oyster Bay Road offices and continues through a track that winds through Hicksville and Bethpage. The flat course 5K run is open to participants 12 years of age and older. In addition, a Children's Fun Run course is available for youngsters up to 12 years of age. FULL STORY
