I want to thank you for your generous grant to the Hicksville Public Library. It will definitely come in handy for this community as we plan our renovations to the main library building. We have just hired an architect and we are examining ways to make the library more "user-friendly." Your grant of $10,000 will be put to good use.

I look forward to seeing you and your staff again this year when you plan constituent services meetings here at the library. I recall last year many patrons were happy to be able to meet with you to discuss their various problems. If I can be of assistance to you or your staff in any way, please call me.

Again, my sincere thanks for thinking of our library and for coming through with this grant for us.
