Martin Robert Schneider, of Hicksville, died on May 23, 2008. He has left behind a lovely wife, Virginia; four children, Martin Paul, Jeanne Williams (Michael), Caroline Budischewsky (Misch) and Michael (Maureen); and five grandchildren, Emma, Caroline, Jacob, Nicholas and William. He was a veteran of the US Navy and a retired police officer for the Queens Criminal Courthouse. His wake and service was at the Thomas F. Dalton Funeral Home, Hicksville. He was cremated on May 29.
