The Okinawa Budokan Karate dojo of Hicksville, the parent dojo of Westbury Okinawan Karate, will be celebrating its 20th anniversary next weekend and will be visited by Master Hanshi Seikichi Iha, the highest ranking practitioner of the ShorinRyu Shidokan style of Okinawan karate in the United States.

Hanshi Seikichi Iha, a 10th Dan, who lives in Michigan and oversees schools all over the United States and Canada, will visit Hicksville from Friday, April 27 through Sunday, April 29. On Friday, he will conduct a seminar for children and adults and on Saturday, April 28 there will be another seminar and a Blackbelt Spectacular Show along with a celebration party at Levittown Hall. On Sunday there will be a brunch with Iha before he departs for Michigan.
