Crime Stoppers and the Nassau County Police Department are seeking the public's help in connection with a theft that occurred in Hicksville last week.

According to police, on Wednesday, Feb. 21 between 7 a.m. and 1 p.m., two bronze lion statues - valued at over $10,000 - were stolen from the lawn of an Elmira Street home.

Crime Stoppers is asking anyone with information about this theft to call 1-800-244-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential. Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $2,000 for information leading to the arrest of the person(s) responsible for this crime.
