The Hicksville PAL is looking to field more lacrosse teams this spring for separate grade levels and roster spots are still open for both boys and girls. Specifically, players for the following teams are needed:

• 3rd, 4th and 5th grade boys teams

• 5th grade girls teams

• 6th grade girls team

• 7th and 8th grade girls to join the Hicksville team that plays in the Long Island Senior Girls Lacrosse League.

Hicksville PAL Lacrosse is open to girls in 3rd through 8th grade; boys in 3rd through 6th grade. There will be a final sign-up on Jan. 15 and Jan. 17 from 7 to 9 p.m. and Jan. 20 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the PAL trailer in the KeySpan parking lot (just off Old Country Road).
