The Hicksville Baseball Association (HBA) will hold a final meeting regarding the birth date changes put into affect by Little League at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 30 at the William P. Bennett Hicksville Community Center. Following this meeting, the HBA board will make their final decision regarding this matter.
