Proceeds to Benefit HBA, HFA -- The Hicksville Fire Department will once again host the annual ex-Chief John Specht Memorial Golf Outing. This year's event will take place at the Swan Lake Golf Course in Middle Island on Friday, Sept. 30 with an 8 a.m. shotgun start.
