The Committee to Elect Mike Krummenacker Hicksville Fire Commissioner and The Briggs Neighborhood Committee wish to thank all of our friends, relatives and neighbors who attended Mike's Campaign Kickoff Brunch at The Milleridge Cottage on Sunday, Aug. 8.

The event was a huge success. The turnout was beyond our expectations as was the food, service and atmosphere provided by the Milleridge banquet manager, the friendly and professional staff and the fabulous Atrium Room. Everyone has told us that they had a wonderful time and we're delighted to hear it. We intend to make it an annual event.

We are also very grateful to the dozens of you who, although unable to attend, sent generous donations and letters of encouragement. Your support is truly appreciated and we hope you will continue to check the Hicksville Illustrated News for future events sponsored by our committees.
