With the inception of a new "Middle School Division" (grades 6-8) within the High School Hockey League of Nassau County, the Hicksville Ice Hockey Club will be conducting two free ice hockey clinics to get acquainted with new players and man their teams for next season.

The clinics will be held on Sunday, Aug. 8 and Sunday, Aug. 15 from 5 to 6:30 p.m. at Cantiague Park in Hicksville. Hicksville players in grades 6 through 12 are welcome to attend in hopes that they would like to participate in the upcoming season. Out of district players are also welcome for a fee of $25 per session.

Players are urged to pre-register by calling 249-2583 or visiting the teams at www.hicksvillehockey.com.
