On Sunday, Oct. 26, the Juvenile Diabetes Walk-A-Thon will take place at the North Shore High School Track, 450 Glen Cove Avenue in Glen Head. The North Shore High School Kiwanis Key Club and Diabetes Research Institute are hosting a walk-a-thon fundraiser. All the money raised will go directly to the Diabetes Research Institute to help find a cure for diabetes.
