HYCBGC Offers Free Golf Instruction Program
The Hicksville Youth Council's Boys and Girls Club (HYCBGC) will be offering free golf instruction for young people ages 12 and up at Eisenhower Park. The program, which is a collaborative effort between the Nassau County Youth Board and the First Tee Program, will include six 90-minute sessions of instruction. Equipment is included and transportation will be provided. The program will also offer different levels of instruction. These levels will provide golf instruction as well as life skills classes to develop greater self-esteem, civic responsibility and confidence to help local children broaden their goals in life.
