Nassau County Police Activity League will hold registration for its Hicksville unit 2003 Winter programs on Monday, April 28 and Wednesday, April 30 from 7 to 9 p.m. and Saturday, May 3 from 10 a.m. to noon. Registration will take place at the PAL trailer in the west parking field of KeySpan Energy on Old Country Road. (Enter at Old Country Road - opposite Raymond Street, or off Park Avenue.)

Registration for the following will take place:

Boys Baseball July - August 2003

Ages 6 - 8 Coach Pitch

Ages 9 - 11 Junior Division

Ages 12 - 14 Senior Division

Girls Softball July - August 2003

Ages 6 - 9 Coach Pitch

Ages 10 - 11 Junior Division

Ages 12 - 14 Senior Division

Basketball Nov. 2003 - April 2004

Boys/Girls Ages 8-14

Lacrosse* April - June 2004

Boys: 3rd thru 6th grades during 2003-2004 school year

Boys: 7th thru 8th grade (for those not eligible to play at the middle school)

Girls: 3rd thru 8th grades during 2003-2004 school year

Lacrosse Clinic July/August 2003

Boys: 2nd and 3rd grade (2003-2004)

* Please note: All first time lacrosse registrants must bring a copy of their birth certificate to registration. PAL will no longer issue personal lacrosse equipment

Bowling Fall/Winter Session and Summer Session

Summer League begins June 2003 at Plainview Bowl. Winter League begins September 2003. Register at Plainview Bowl, Old Bethpage Road and Old Country Road, Plainview. Call 433-9595.
