The Town of Oyster Bay has proposed a draft traffic plan for Hicksville that, if implemented, would connect Newbridge Road and Broadway. Known as the Hicksville Hamlet Plan, the project could mean the elimination of existing roadways in order to construct new roads throughout the hamlet. FULL STORY
