The Hicksville Chamber of Commerce will soon be hosting an event to promote the business community in Hicksville and the surrounding areas. The First Annual "Happy Hours," Classic Networking Event will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 27 at the Imperial Manor in Hicksville. Appetizers and cocktails will be served from 5:30 to 8 p.m. The event is free; all you need to bring is some conversation and your business cards. The first 100 businesses that wish to promote their business need only provide a door prize. The door prize enables you to bring information, brochures and promotional giveaways to the event.
The objective of this event is to create an opportunity to meet the community's local business people, promote "business to business" transactions in the community and to increase the chamber membership. This event supports the local business community by making them aware of the services and support the Hicksville Chamber has to offer.
"The Hicksville Board of Directors and the newly formed New Member Development Committee of the Chamber encourage your full support by attending the First Annual "Happy Hour."
