I would like to say Thank You to all those who supported the Hicksville Youth Council's garage sale, car wash and ribbon sale. Thanks to you who were able to donate money to someone who lost a loved one in the World Trade Center. In conjunction with the families of Shin's Tae Kwon Do, we were able to help 50 families in the area by providing them with a Thanksgiving basket full of food. The students of Shin's raised the money by getting people to sponsor them in 1000 kicks. Each student who participated had to do 1000 kicks in 25 minutes, and then collected from their sponsors according to the number they completed.

The Youth Council and Shin's Tae Kwon Do would like to wish all a very Happy and Healthy Holiday Season, and thank you for your support.
