Edwin Funfgeld, a life-long resident of Hicksville, died on Sept. 24, 2001. He was a veteran of the Korean War, member of William Gouse Jr. Post #3211 and a retired foreman in the Town of Oyster Bay Highway Dept. Brother of Austin and Fred Funfgeld, Joan Moloney, Doris Fiore, Rose Martin, Betty Eriksen, Patricia Burnsides, Adele Giordano, Eileen Giramonte and the late Joseph Funfgeld. Cousin of Mary Colgan. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Arrangements were made by the Henry J. Stock Funeral Home, Hicksville. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Ignatius Church. Interment Holy Rood Cemtery.
