Arnold Seltz, 86, of Hicksville, died on Oct. 30, 1999. Born in Brooklyn, he attended NYU and was a radio officer in the Merchant Marine. Husband of Blanche. Father of Michael Seltz and Johanna Seelen. Grandfather of Jennifer, Daniel and Steven Seltz and Nathaniel, Nicholas and Charlotte Seelen. Uncle of several neices, grandnieces and grandnephews.
